I hope ya'll had a great weekend! (we don't say ya'll here in MA but it sounds good).

I literally had nothing to do this weekend and it was marvelous. 

Photo dump time....

   

1. Saturday I made the man breakfast (food is the way to a mans   heart)
2. I planted some pansies and they are still alive this morning. I have a black thumb, so this is impressive.
3. Captured this beautiful sky over the cranberry bogs at dusk.
4. I can't not tell you how much I am in love with this eucalyptus mint from B&B. It is seriously the most relaxing and intoxicating smell ever!
5. I purchased myself some tulips.
6.  A DIY project that's in the making.
7. I'm addicted to this egg o chapstick and jumped on the band wagon to try out the Vaseline spray and go lotion.
8. My girl  hanging out on the deck looking all prestigious.
"You don't say?"- with a english accent.
9. Sundays dinner was chicken wings and stuffed cherry peppers and I'll link up that recipe tomorrow! 

The beginnings of another DIY project that I had been dreading started this weekend. Here is a sneak peak.

       

 This is the staircase wall and it has been empty for-ever. But good ol' Kohl's filled my cart with all sorts of good stuff on Saturday, so here we are. It's far from done but it's on its way.

I've been consuming all of my adult beverages out of him, all weekend long.

My Sunday Funday consisted of dog loving, sombrero wearing, dart throwing festivies. *please ignore the redneck decor.

 Broke out the Lobstah glasses in memory of my dad. It was his birthday this weekend. I miss him so much.

Spring is here and so aren't Sperrys.

Weekend recap!

I'm finally doing a weekend re-cap link up! This girl is getting fancy. I'm linking up with Sami's Shenanigans and her peeps. Feel free to join and check out her blog. She seriously has a great sense of fashion and more leopard print stuff than any girl could dream of having.

Friday:

Hubs and I had date night. We joined my sister and her hubs for dinner at a great seafood restaurant down the cape.

I got these wedges at TJ Maxx and they are ridiculously comfortable and cute!!!

They are Derng Chain bracelets $17. They have a ton of different options and colors and it is a must have for fall and winter. I love chunky stuff.

After dinner we met up with two of our other friends for cocktails. Possibly too many cocktails.

Once the Stevie B station is on the Pandora and blaring through out the sexy car, you know it's been a good night.

 Once we got home, I did some Halloween costume make up for Josh. I have begged him for permission to share the photos. He has forbid me.

Saturday

Saturday my sister and I decorated for Halloween. We have an annual costume party every year.

This is just a quarter of the stuff that we have.

Over the next week, I will be posting the finished product with pics through out the house. I'm also making this delicious shit for the party.

Sunday

Sunday was one of my best friends birthdays. How lucky is she to have the Patriots play on her birthday, and win?! I think she got pretty lucky with her gifts too!

 Franco Sarto booties that she just loved at TJ MaXX but couldn't bring her self to buy. Surprise, I did :) This girl has some serious self control. I'm such a binge shopper.

This shirt is from Kelly over at Keeping up with Kelly & co. She has the cutest Etsy store called Cedar Street Creatives. Her stuff is amazeballs. She makes the cutest coffee cup huggers too!!! I bought this shirt for myself and I have received a gazillion compliments on it and numerous ones from by bff, so I knew that I had to get her this!!! 

After a few games of BIG BUCK HUNTER in HD and watching half of the Patriots game we headed home. With the radio on in the car of course! 

I'm so pissed at myself for falling asleep on Revenge last night. What the hell?

Birthday Weekend and Gym Dandy!

This weekend is my B-day weekend and I'm so pumped!!!!! For some reason, since I was a kid, we always made a huge deal out of birthdays. To tell the you how ridick it gets, here is an example. I actually celebrate my Birthday Month. If you know me, you know this is true. ie; If I don't do something that I'm supposed to do........I say "hey give me a break, it's my birthday month!". Don't want to do the dishes? "hey It's my birthday month" and so on and so forth. This also is a nice way to not pay the bill for drinks ;) However I can only pull that one over on my sister or the hubs. 

I already got my Rebel T3i camera from the hubs as an early B-day gift. But unfortunately strict birthday rules, imply that you must have a present the day of also. Okay, so those are my rules and I like them. I have not been allowed to go upstairs for at least a week now per hub's orders. What really drives me more crazy is that some of my friends know what's up there and I only found out last week because I went to go get a game for game night and got the "STOP, you can't go up there!'. Lucky for Josh that he is still on workman's comp because I am a nosy son of a b.

Tomorrow is Sister Saturday and she's taking me to Patriots Place. It's at Foxboro Stadium where the Pats play. Tons of restaurants and shopping. I'm interested in one particular store that has these.

I'm in love with all the fall colors of ESSIE. But as usual, I contemplated on buying them for too long that when I went back there weren't many colors left ;(

This is ESSIE Gym DANDY

I go back and forth with ESSIE. I love their colors but some go on quite streaky. I'm not sure of how the stay power of this polish was considering I painting it over the last week's Nail Files Color Club LOL!!!

If it's any consolation when the ESSIE started chipping of the Color Club was still there, full force!!!
