Bark Box Review Time!

We received Graycie's Bark Box on Friday and good Lordy wordy, she loved it!

If you haven't googled this yet, get on it!

First off, I always get so excited when I get home and there is a box or some type of package on the steps (even though this one wasn't for me)! Their packaging is so cute and its clearly displayed that it was for the pooch!

Naturally she was being nosy by snooping and smelling around the package (as I'm typing this review, her head is on my lap top)!

They send a sweet welcome post card, along with a list of the products that are in that months box, with their descriptions. There was also a $10 coupon for Wag.com. They specialized in shipping dog food straight to your front door. Which is helpful when you feed a horse like we do!

Graycie instantly fell in love with the penguin!!!

   She's a sucker for stuffies!
This penguin is super durable and she's been tossing him around the house since Friday!
These "Get Naked" treats are fantastic for the pups, it kept both of them busy for a while!
Plus Puppa's breath smells like fish n' chips, so this was an added bonus!

We received 2 other types of treats that are wheat, corn and soy free and a Fetch n' floss chew toy! Seriously, did they know that I'm a Dental Hygienist?

My overall experience with Bark Box, has been awesome. From the complimentary box to the great quality items that were shipped. We will be subscribing monthly!!!

Let me know if you are interested in a subscription! I can get you $5.00 of your first order!
You can also follow them here on Twitter.

So you didn't get squat for Valentines day? Coach bag giveaway!!!!!

I'm celebrating Brie's Birthday with her and we are giving away a Coach Bag!!!!! More about her........

Wow, the time has come.

I'm turning the big 25

Ok, I wont be 25 till the 20th but still....

When you're sitting there at 5 thinking of being 25....wait no one is thinking about being 25 when they are 5 years old who am I kidding.

When you're sitting there at 10 thinking of being 25 you assume that is the age when people die.

When you're 15 thinking of being 25 it seems so amazing because you can be an adult and free of your parents.

When you're 20 thinking of being 25 you think that it is 5 years away, no need to think about it, wrong.

I've decided to give one of you lucky ladies something I would want for my 25th birthday.

A COACH PURSE!!!!!!

This bad boy (MSRP $358) is oh so pretty in person and smells heavenly. Don't judge me, you know you would smell it. I've contemplated not giving it away just because I've fallen in love since it has been chilling in my closet.

A few ladies have joined in to help me give away this amazing purse and we are also giving away 3 ad spaces!

2) Kim @ The KO Story

3) Jess @ Tooth N Nails

5) Alyse @ The Enchanted Owl

Well ladies I can't wait to see who is going to be the winner! The giveaway ends on Tuesday the 19th at midnight and I'll announce the winner on the 20th! Yep, on my big day one of you ladies will be getting a present!

I'm sorry but this is only for people who have a US residence.

4th and Final Letter To My Former Single Self

Linking up with Lisette for the last question in the "Letters to my former single self".

This weeks questions is

Describe your first date with your now current partner. Did you feel any "butterflies" on your first couple of encounters? Did you have any indication it would later be the "real deal?"

Dear Jessica,
On your first date with your "now" husband, you will be shitting your pants. Due to the fact that you are already engaged, you will drive to another state to go on this date. You are suspicious that you will get caught, but not be too concerned at the same time. Your "date", will consist of sitting in a CVS parking lot, in seperate cars and talking through the window. You will be uncomfortably excited but yet not naive and you put safety first. You have been educated about date rape, kidnappings and roofies. (you can thank dateline for this).
Even though looking back, this date sounds like it's a total fail, it's the best date because it lead to the beginning.

I look back and die laughing at this date. Come on, really? CVS? He was totally ok with it, he knew that I was engaged but knew what he wanted. People always say that when you know that someone is engaged,  you should respect the relationship and back off. I agree to a certain extent. If the engagee is just as interested (as I was), I say go for it.
I always knew that there was something special with Josh and I, but I never thought about marriage until we moved in together. And then with out a doubt, it went in that direction.

Winner and Wifesicle

Happy Monday ladies! It was finally nice to wake up to a house warmer than 40 degrees! If you've been following me on Twitter or Instagram you know that we have just had a hell of a weekend up here! Winter storm Nemo brought us 2 feet of snow!
source
We lost power on Friday night around 9pm, and it didn't turn back on until yesteday afternoon. This sums up how I felt when it turned back on!

AND because I had 3 long days to do diddly squat, I decided to let you in on the pros and cons of a blizzard.

PROS
1. I'm sure there will be a baby boom from this storm.
2. No water to take showers, which means no need to blow dry my hair.
3. Your elliptical doesn't work without power = Guilt free about not working out.
4. Becoming a pro at solitaire (yah I'm pretty badass)

That's about it. Here's the big list.

CONS
1. You freeze, literally....wifesicle
2. Too much quiet time with your hubs will ultimately lead to some type of dumb argument. Which ends in googling the answers on your phone, to prove who's right.
3. Alcohol consumption (oh wait is this a con?)
4. Charging your iphone in the car. God knows we can't live with out that shit.
5.  You starve.
6. Finishing up the last book that I downloaded and realizing that you should have never downloaded the book. Fifty shades disappointed.
 7. Peeing in the tub because you have no water to flush your toilet. Don't judge me.
8. NO COFFEE, I REPEAT NO COFFEE!
  9. Constantly refilling your fire place, when your wood is stored outside, yourself! because your hubs back is crap!

And the worst of all is that because our good ol' govenor put a driving ban out, all of our local restaraunts and bars were closed. If you were born a New Englander, you know that NOTHING can keep you inside during a snow storm. We're all crazy. We know how to drive in the shit and it's really no big deal. So we drove 30 minutes and 3 towns over to get some food finally!
I swear to you, my stomach was eating itself.

In other news super exciting news, our DIY headboard made it on The Browse. And Katie at My Keep Calm and Carry On
featured it on her "Wow Moments"! Thanks so much girls!
